    A: We cover the eastern, south eastern and northern suburbs of Melbourne.
  • Q: Is there a minimum number of shifts a week I must work?
    A. No – work only when you're available
  • Q: How far do I have to travel for shifts?
    A: The distance you are prepared to travel for a shift is up to you. Go as far as you are comfortable, we don't pressure staff to travel great distances.
  • Q:Does Relief charge a fee for processing pays?
    A: No - there is no fee for processing pays.
  • Q: What is the minimum experience I must possess prior to joining Relief?
    A: All staff must possess a minimum of 12 months experience working in an Australian facility. This must be paid work not clinical placement or volunteer hours.
  • Q: Do I need to possess a manual handling certificate and first aid certificate?
    A: All staff must possess a current manual handling certificate and first aid certificate.
  • Q: How many shifts can I get?
    A: At present we have a large number of shifts each day that cannot be filled – ask one of our friendly allocation staff how you can maximize your availability to get more shifts!
